Description
Granadul Gran Reserva is one of the finest and most distinctive Serrano hams available and is made without the use of chemical additives or preservatives. The 15-month curation period allows the ham to develop a delicate, sweet and slightly nutty flavour, whilst ensuring the texture remains succulent and tender. The meat is dark pink to ruby coloured, is discreetly grained and has a melt-in-the-mouth quality. This makes Granadul Gran Reserva ideal for both connoisseurs and new entrants to the world of fine Spanish ham.
This leg of Serrano ham has been carefully de-boned, trimmed of excess fat and cut to size. There is minimal wastage on this clean cut of meat and it comes in a gift set with a cutting board and knife.
