We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday–Friday) on the same working day. Orders placed after this time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

*Saturday Delivery orders must be placed by 12:00pm on the Friday before delivery.


Delivery Timelines

  • England, Wales & Scotland (Lowlands): We use a Next Working Day service. While most orders arrive the day after dispatch, please allow 2 business days, as courier delays can occur.

  • Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland: Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.

  • Perishable Note: Our packaging is designed to keep products in optimal condition during transit. However, for regions with longer transit times (Highlands/NI), it is especially important to monitor your tracking.

Tracking & Receiver Responsibility

We use DPD Fully Tracked Service. You will receive tracking updates via SMS or email.

  • Redirection: If the estimated delivery slot is unsuitable, use the DPD tracking link to nominate a safe place or a neighbor.

  • Failed Delivery: If DPD cannot complete delivery to your address, they may deliver to a local Pickup Shop. Perishable goods must be collected as soon as possible. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by delayed collection.

  • International Shipping: We do not deliver outside of the United Kingdom.

Missing or Damaged Items

Any claims for missing, damaged, or faulty deliveries must be made within 30 days of the original delivery date. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us at info@jamon.co.uk with your order number and photographs of any damage.
