Scotland (Highlands & Islands)

• Orders value less than £50 - Standard (Monday - Friday delivery) = £24.95

Northern Ireland, UK Channel Islands & IOM

• Orders value less than £50 - Standard (Monday - Friday delivery) = £24.95

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 pm (Monday - Friday) on the same working day. Orders placed after this time and during weekends are dispatched the next working day.

*Orders for Saturday Delivery must be placed by 12 pm the Friday before delivery.

We ship all orders to England, Scotland (Lowlands) and Wales using a Next Working Day service but advise customers to allow 2 to 4 business days for delivery as this is not guaranteed.

We provide a fully tracked delivery service with updates by SMS or email. If the estimated delivery slot is unsuitable, you can change it using the tracking link provided.

If our delivery partner cannot deliver the item to the address provided, they may deliver it to a neighbour or local pick-up point for collection.

Any claims for missing, damaged or faulty deliveries must be made within 30 days of the original delivery date.
