Description
Granadul Gran Reserva is one of the finest and most distinctive Serrano hams available and is made without the use of chemical additives or preservatives. The 15 month curation period allows the ham to develop a delicate, sweet and slightly nutty flavour, whilst ensuring the texture remains succulent and tender. The meat is dark pink to ruby coloured, is discreetly grained and has a melt-in-the-mouth quality. This makes Granadul Gran Reserva ideal for both connoisseurs and new entrants to the world of fine Spanish ham.
This piece of Serrano ham has been carefully de-boned, trimmed of excess fat and cut to size. There is minimal wastage on this clean-cut of meat and it is ideal for use in mechanical slicing machines.
