We know how difficult it is to read through pages of legal T&Cs so in good faith, have provided this simplified document as an easy-to-read summary of our key terms and conditions. This does not replace or supersede those documents (which can be found in the Legal section of our website) and if there is a conflict, the full documents prevail.

BASIC PROVISIONS
These conditions determine the mutual business relationship, conditions, rules, rights and obligations between you (the “customer”) and us ANMILUAN LTD which is trading as JAMON.CO.UK.
We are a UK registered business (Company Number 11864078) and our registered business address is c/o HJP, Audley House, Northbridge Road, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire HP4 1EH.
By using our website, you agree to comply with our Terms and Conditions which together with our Privacy Policy govern our relationship with you.
If you do not want to be bound by our terms and conditions, you should not access our website or purchase our goods and services.
WEBSITE
The content of our website is either owned by us or licensed to us. In either event, you cannot copy, reproduce or reuse any elements without our explicit consent.
You should also not collect or use information obtained from our website (Such as product listings, prices, descriptions etc) for commercial use.
If you are offended by any content published on our website, please contact us directly so we can investigate.
PRIVACY
When you create an account on our website, buy a product or service from us or otherwise agree to our Terms & Conditions, a contract is formed between you and us.
In order to carry out our obligations under that contract we must process the information you have provided. Some of this information may be personal information.
We treat all information you provide to us as confidential and our policy complies with the Data Protection Act 2018 (Act) accordingly incorporating the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Wherever possible, we aim to obtain your explicit consent to process this information. For example, by asking you to agree to our use of cookies.
We only work with certified online payment service providers who encrypt your card or bank details in a secure environment. We do not have access to this data.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at Info@jamon.co.uk. However, if you do so, you may not be able to use our website or access our services any longer.
ORDERING GOODS
When you place an order with us via our website or by telephone. We will provide an email confirmation accepting the order and detailing the goods and services you have purchased. This is the point at which our contract is made.
We aim to ensure all items listed on our website are available for sale. In the unlikely event that an item is not available and we are not able to fulfil your order, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
Orders are usually processed Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm (excluding public holidays).
PRICES
The price payable for goods and services are clearly set out on our website. These prices include UK value added tax (“VAT”) which is applicable for all deliveries made within the European Union.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, any price changes made after an order confirmation has been issued will not affect the price of that order.
DELIVERIES
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1pm the same day so they are available for delivery the next working day.
The delivery time given is only an estimate as it is possible that a delivery could be delayed. If you have paid for delivery and it does not arrive within the paid for delivery time, we will refund the delivery fee
If we are unable to deliver the item to the address provided, our delivery partner may deliver this to a local pick-up point for collecton.
If the delivery company is unable to deliver an item within 5 working days, they will return the item to us and you may be charged a return delivery fee.
Any claims for a missing, damaged or faulty deliveries must be made within 30 days of the original delivery date.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
You can cancel an order for any reason from the time we confirm the order until 14 days after the goods have been received. You will need to inform us by email (info@jamon.co.uk) within this period and then return the items (at your cost) within a further 14 days. Provided the goods are returned in a condition where they can be re-sold at full price, we will provide a refund within 14 days of receipt.
You have the right to request a refund for goods which are faulty up to 30 days from receipt.
If you wish to claim a refund for a faulty item, you must notify us in writing within this period by emailing info@jamon.co.uk. You will initially need to pay for return delivery (at the operators basic rate only) and provided we agree that the goods are unsuitable, we will refund the item plus the return delivery fee.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
If you are not happy with the goods you have purchased or have any complaint, you should contact us by email (Info@jamon.co.uk) or by telephone 07498 498 933 (Between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday).
We aim to resolve all issues quickly and fairly. However, if you are not satisfied with our resolution, we will accept an invitation to engage in a process of mediation or arbitration to find a resolution in good faith.
