Who We Are

We are ANMILUAN LTD trading as JAMON.CO.UK, a UK registered company (No. 11864078). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Returns Policy.

Orders & Contract

  • The contract is formed only when we accept and dispatch your order.

Prices

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; we do not adjust prices after an order is confirmed.

Delivery & Tracking

  • Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00pm (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Service: We use DPD Fully Tracked. We deliver to Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

  • Customer Responsibility: You must provide an accurate email and delivery address and monitor your tracking link.

  • Failed Deliveries: If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or the address was wrong, a deduction will be applied to your refund to cover the courier's outbound and return-to-sender fees.

Perishable Goods & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: Free of charge before 12:00pm dispatch.

  • No Returns: Once dispatched, we cannot accept cancellations or returns for "change of mind" due to food safety and hygiene regulations. This is in accordance with UK consumer law for perishable goods.

Quality Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or with a broken vacuum seal:

  1. Contact us at info@jamon.co.uk with your order number.

  2. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. We will issue a replacement or a full refund for all genuine quality issues.

Payments & Privacy

  • Security: Payments are processed via secure, encrypted providers (e.g., Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.

  • Data: We handle your information strictly under UK GDPR. We do not sell customer data to third parties.
