Jamon Serrano Gran Reserva is the pride of Jose Miguel Rodriguez - the owner of Jamones Granadul and is made without the use of chemical additives or preservatives. During 18 months of slow, dry curing under his expert eye, the ham develops an intense yet well-balanced flavour as the fats infiltrate throughout the muscle fibres. The result is a succulent ham that delivers an extraordinary gourmet experience reminiscent of Jamon Iberico and sure to impress.

Type of ham
This leg of Serrano ham is the highest grade available (Gran Reserva) and is made from specially selected white pigs. To achieve Gran Reserva status, Serrano legs are cured for at least 15 months. The longer curation periods result in a more intense flavour and a darker colour of meat compared with other Serrano grades. The ham is delivered as a whole leg with bone.
