Hyde Park Winter Wonderland is one of London's most popular Christmas attractions, which gets bigger and better every year. We went to check out the foodie site of this festive extravaganza to share with you.
Hyde Park Winter Wonderland boasts a huge selection of street food, cafés, bars and the new pop-up restaurant Cedar & Spruce Bar + Kitchen by chef Ani Arora where you can enjoy a full menu of British favourites with an international twist.
Home to an extensive offering of wintery bars and gourmet street food, including a wealth of bratwurst vendors, traditional German fare, festive treats such as churros, pretzels and crepes, and mulled wine, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland has something for every palate this Christmas.

The famous Bavarian Village at the Great Hall returns with everyone’s favourite line-up of beer, Bratwürst, live music, DJs and an Oktoberfest ambience, perfect for groups who want to enjoy the lively party atmosphere. While the Almhütte offers a cosy sit-down space with traditional Bavarian fare and oompah music.
Escape to the Alps at Bar Ice and be transported to the coolest destination around. You are invited to step inside a beautifully crafted après ski bar, where the bar, tables, chairs and even the glasses are made of ice. With a complimentary cocktail provided with each ticket and a cloak to keep out the -10C cold, it the perfect spot to chill.
The Bar Hütte Karaoke booths will return with pop classics and festive favourite singalongs. The unique, rustic après ski experience within a mini alpine-style village has its very own bar and restaurant. You can sing in style and indulge in stone-baked pizzas and custom drinks. This is an unmissable mountain hideaway, perfect for corporate groups or friends and family.
With crackling fires to toast marshmallows around The Fire Pit is the perfect place to warm up with family and friends with a special winter warmer cocktail, food stalls and live bands on The Fire Pit stage.
The Scandinavian Christmas in THOR’S tipi bar is back to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. Three giant tipis decked out with cosy furs and open fire pits, complete with Thor’s very own Viking shields, provide an authentic atmosphere. Serving cocktails with a Christmas twist and beers from around the world.
For those with an adventurous palate, the Street Food Festival area has a fantastic range of culinary vendors to excite the taste buds. For those with a sweet tooth, there is no better place to head to than Bad Brownie, home to wondrously delicious chocolate brownies with vegan and gluten-free options too. This stall is a must-visit for all chocoholics with flavours like peanut butter, triple chocolate, and bacon & maple syrup to name just a few.
For truffle lovers, Truffle offers truffle burgers, truffle chips, pigs in blankets with truffle gravy, and meat-free alternatives for vegetarians. You can experience the best truffle-based food in the park and enjoy the ever-changing menu focused on one of the most highly regarded ingredients in the world.
Those craving a taste of the East can pay a visit to Hanok or Makatcha. Bringing revolutionary Indonesian cuisine to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, Makatcha cooks over charcoal to achieve a delicious and authentic Indonesian flavour. Hanok provides hungry customers with flavourful Korean style street food BBQ, including a Korean twist on a classic steak and chips.
Other highlights include Portuguese street snacks from Growlers, legendary sandwiches from Ghetto Grillz, Fish & Chips from E8 Fish and gourmet hot dogs from Oh My Dog. For all things chicken, head to Other Side Fried or over to Fanny’s for quick, casual, and healthy kebabs. Finally, there’s Born & Raised which offers an extensive range of toppings to meet everyone’s pizza needs from the back of a Land Rover Defender.
