VIDUEÑA Extra Virgin Olive oil is easily recognised for its light green colour and distinctive aroma tones of green apples, raw eggplant, herbs and almonds. It has a light fruity flavour with a slightly bitter finish. With the acidity less than 0.1% it can be used as an ingredient in any meal, in which the intensive aroma and flavour are essential. We love it in salad dressings, also when preparing garlic prawns (gambas al ajillo), pickled anchovies or salted cod "pilpil".
