We have partnered with DHL UK who provide our customer delivery service. DHL UK is one of the most well-known and trusted courier brands in the world. However, deliveries can be delayed for a whole host of reasons and as such, quoted delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. In the unlikely event that we are unable to meet a specific, paid-for time slot, we will refund the fee.
DHL UK provide a fully-tracked service and you will receive alerts (by phone or email) updating you on your parcel’s delivery status. If the estimated delivery slot provided is not suitable, you can rearrange a delivery online to a day that better suits you.
If DHL are unable to deliver the item within 5 working days, they will return the goods to us. In this situation, you will need to cover the cost of return postage to us (This is priced at the below minimum order schedule).
